Most modern Greeks are members of the Christian Religion, specifically the Greek Orthodox church. However, some do still worship the Ancient gods, and most respect them out of consideration for their history.
The ancient Greek pantheon is now pretty much obsolete, though the archetypes of the gods and goddesses are powerful enough that they are used in some branches of paganism.
The more modern (but still pretty old) Greek Orthodox Church is a branch of Catholicism which is still going strong.
