Absolutely not. There are many Chinese actors and actresses.
Jackie Chan worked in movies from when he was only 8 years old as a child actor. Then he became a stuntman because of his training in Peking Opera at the China Drama Academy. He worked very hard to learn as many new skills as he could to become a stunt coordinator and actor but he still was not famous. He made several movies for a famous Hong Kong Director, Lo Wei, but Lo Wei tried to make Jackie to act like Bruce Lee. This did not suit Jackie's personality. He got a chance to show his own style when he made Snake in the Eagle's Shadow and Drunken Master. These two movies were so different because they had comedy in them that this is what made Jackie Chan a star.
This is a personal question only Jackie Chan can answer.
Although both of Jackie Chan's parents are deceased the term 'orphan' really only applies to a child whose parents are dead. Jackie Chan did not grow up an orphan.
You can't because Jackie Chan does not fight competitively, only in the movies.
I don't think that is any Jackie Chan movie. The only movie I can think of is Shanghai Noon where Jackie Chan uses his queue (long plait forced on Han Chinese by the Manchurians) as a weapon and holds it in his teeth several times during the movie to keep it out of the way.
Yes Jackie Chan is the lead actor and stunt coordinator for Dragon Fist, directed by Lo Wei. It was made in 1978 but only released after Jackie joined Golden Harvest.
Only one - he is a Chinese citizen, resident in Hong Kong.

In all of Asia, the highest paid is Super Star Rajini Kanth (debatably). He's a ridiculously famous actor in Tamil movies. Tamil is an Indian language spoken in the South Indian state, Tamil Nadu. He is NOT a Bollywood actor at all! Bollywood ONLY refers to Hindi language movies in India. I have heard he even makes more than Jackie Chan.

The only way to get 'trained' by Jackie Chan (although it won't be him doing most of the training) is to get accepted into his stunt team.
