It's very clear after her duel with Yusei, when Divine had her under control she heard Yusei's voice and was snapping back to reality, and her and Yusei went on a date in episode 75 (sub version, which is the official version) where he holds her by the waist, catches her before she falls in which she blushes and he smiles. It's clear something is going to happen between them.
Do yusei and akiza ever kiss?
Yes they love each other. Actually it's not known. It is know that Akiza loves Yusei, as defined by Jack in episode 71 English version, but if Yusei loves Akiza then it is currently just guessed at this point. Right now in the story they are only friends but Akiza probably wants them to be more than that.
