Is Percy Jackson god of the universe when he is 16?

Probably not, I'm 99.99 percent sure he won't. He'll just decide the fate of Olympus. another answer: NO! When he saves Olympus, the gods offer to make him an immortal god, but he says no because he's in love with Annabeth, and doesn't want to lose her.

He only had one choice. Luke, whose body is housing Kronos, is invulnerable. He alone knows where his only weak point, his mortal point, his personal Achilles Heel, and he promises that he will kill Kronos. He is, however, disarmed. Percy had two knives; his blade, and Annabeth's knife. It is the cursed blade from the Great Prophecy, cursed because Luke gave it to her with a promise that he then broke. When he asks for the knife, Percy has to make a choice: will he give Luke the knife, along with the possibility of him using this weapon against Percy? Or not give it to him and risk Kronos taking full form, which would make him totally powerful and totally quick to win?

In the end, Percy gives Luke the knife and Luke kills himself, which in turn scatters Kronos so far and wide that with any luck he'll never, ever be able to reform because even though he isn't in Tartarus he's still more cut up than he ever was when imprisoned in the Underworld.
