Robert Pattinson doesn't play in Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix. He dies in the previous movie/book, Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire.
He is the picture on the mirror in the Room of Requirement (also known as the Come and Go Room) when Harry is kissing Cho.
