As of the year 2011, the Sonic game series is 20 years old (his first game came out on June 23, 1991). In the actual games, according to the Sonic Heroes instruction booklet, he is listed as being 15 years of age.

If by "Sonic's Team", you're referring to Team Heroes (see: Sonic Heroes), the youngest member would be Tails, at 8 years old. If you're referring to the Sonic the Hedgehog game franchise in genral, excluding the Chao (who all have vague, unknown ages), the youngest characters would be Amy and Charmy, who are both 6 years old.
