She was about to announce it at the Dursley's, before Mad-eye cut her off. In the book you find out from Remus after the trio arrives at #12, Grimmauld Place, as he tries to abandon Tonks and their unborn child out of fear that the baby will be a werewolf. Then while they are at Shell Cottage, he arrives and announces the birth of Teddy Remus Lupin and askes Harry to be his godfather. Teddy is not a werewolf like his father, but is a Metamorphmagus like his mother.
