You also have to complete all of the levels, get all of the minikits, all of the red bricks, all of the true jedi in both story mode and freeplay, get all of the gold bricks, complete Lego city, (to unlock Lego city you have to get around 60 gold bricks), finish the bounty hunter missions, and complete all of the super stories.
