Is firered leafgreen better then ruby sapphire emerald and Why?

I believe firered leafgreen is better then ruby Sapphire because the graphics are better and you are able to play the classic original Pokemon with the first 150. The challeneges and towns are great and the Pokemon are original unlike the newer ones who seem like they were rushed.

You can't really get Deoxys in Pokemon Ruby and Sapphire the only way to get it into your game is to transfer it from Firered and Leafgreen and Deoxys is located in Birth Island in Firered and Leafgreen.

Unfortunately the only real easy way to catch rayquaza is to use your master ball. if you really want to save it for Latias/Latios (Which you shouldn't because rayquaza is 10x better) is to paralyze him and then use the best ball you have in your inventory, but first you must get him down to low red in hp.

you can use a gameshark code . it enables to learn a Pokemon a move also dragonbreath is a TM try to find it in emerald/firered. or get a rayquaza that has outrage that is better.
