Yes it is possible to level up your Pokemon fast without using action replay or 999 rare candies. All you have to do is put your Pokemon in the day care center.But you will have to have at least 10,000.Which is very easy because you battle the gym leaders and the people that talk to you.=) So, just leave it there for a day and it will get leveled even if it is still level 30+.
