Is it possible to sense vibrations in the ground like Toph?

While it is true that blindness heightens the remaining senses, most people forget that Toph is an earthbender. This, combined with her better sense of touch, allows her to feel vibrations a normal earthbender, or a normal blind person, could not. So the answer is no, unless you are both blind and an earthbender, which I doubt.

-Weird as it might sound, I am not blind or an Earth bender; yet I can feel vibrations. I don't know how although. All goes to show that you cannot make some assumptions that you have to be blind and an earth bender.
