A master ball
The Pokemon species Celebi first appeared in the video games Pokemon Gold and Pokemon Silver. They were created by Ken Sugimori. Celebi are green and have a fairy-like appearance.
Celebi is not available in Pokemon black or white. Just transfer from the 4th generation games using pokeshift or find it in the dream world.
Serebii and Psypokes are two Pokémon websites containing virtually every info about Pokémon games, shows, and movies."Serebii" is also the Japanese name for Celebi, a Grass/Psychic legendary Time Travel Pokémon; the website chose Celebi's Japanese name for the name of the website.
Actually it's possible. If you trade Jirachi in from GBA Games you can play it on XD. There was also a Jirachi event for XD, but that was only if you pre-ordered it before it came out. If you pre-ordered it, a bonus GB Disk came with it and you connect with your GBA and you get it thru that event :)
Celebi is not obtainable in any games, but is obtainable from the Colosseum Bonus Disc in Japan or form a Pokemon event distributing Celebi.
Celebi is a very difficult legendary to obtain. It happens to be the rarest and most events were held in Japan only. In Pokemon Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum, you'll need to transfer Celebi from either Pokemon Sapphire, Ruby, Emerald, FireRed, or LeafGreen. For the Generation III games, you could get a Japanese bonus disc for Pokemon Colosseum and link your GBA to the Gamecube to get your Celebi. The disc is rare and possibly pricey today.
Celebi is only available in the 3rd gen games from a Nintendo Event.
You cannot catch Celebi, Jirachi or Deoxys in any Pokémon games without event distributions. However Jirachi had a pre-order bonus disc that you would have received in the event of pre-ordering Pokémon Colosseum for the Nintendo GameCube.

Celebi does not appear in the gold or silver games, however he does appear in Pokemon crystal.
You cannot catch Celebi in Pokemon Soulsilver, you have to transfer it from Diamond and Pearl (if you have it in those games).
you cant catch celebi in the gba games except with a game shark cheat system
In the games Celebi is genderless, but in the movie "Pokemon: 4 Ever" they call it "Prince of the Forest." So in Anime I believe so, in Pokemon games not so much.
In red, blue, and yellow, suicune, entei, celebi, and jirachi weren't created. In fact, they weren't for 5-7 years, so you can't get them in those games.
You may only hack the device to get that Pokemon.
u can catch celebi in gsc, but not in fr, lg,r,s,e, or any other of the newer games, unless ur in japan and have the colloseum bonus disk. mew is available in red, blue and yellow, not sure about green of course i have a mew from my emerald.but that is the only game, u also need the old sea map. who am i? i am MEW!
