Right this is pokeknow I no tonnes of things about Pokemon ok this is how u get to jirachi, u have to beat the elite 4 five times catch uxie,mesprit,azelf,dialga and transfer palkia to diamond from pearl or u can transfer dialga to pearl. And sightings of him are always on pearl and then you find him in some cave or meteor falls hope I cud help and plz don't get frustrated just cuz he is on pearl I was cuz I only have diamond
