So far, there are no plans to dubb the series in English. I did find the DVDs on amazon, but they are in Japanese, subbed in English (and only one of the DVDs I found was even in Region 1, so most of them are useless unless you live in Japan). It hasn't even been "officially" released to the US yet.
I'm not sure it will ever be dubbed, but to be fair, the last episode was shown at the end of September last year. I would maybe give it a little more time, but don't get your hopes up too much. A lot of really wonderful anime goes without being dubbed for some of the stupidest reasons.
