I do think so.
yes it still stays shiny
It is not often that you see a shiny Pokemon. They are pretty rare but you can still look if you want :P!
It is like finding a pokemon in the wild the odds are still 1/8192. But shiny pokemon can be bred.
NO, the odds still stay at about 1/8000. The best way to get a shiny Pokemon you want is to use the pokeradar. You need a chain of about 40.
you need a Pokemon with pickup but its still rare
Yes.

Shiny Pokemon are exactly the same as others so lets say you have a shiny zubat like i do level it up and it will evolve to golbat and stay shiny! Keep leveling it up and it will become a crobat and still be shiny!
yes .It still keeps its shhiny status but if its ev training it will lose its pokerus
The chances of encountering a shiny Pokemon is very slim. Even for it being 1/8192 encounters, it is still possible, however. It is random, but you do not have to encounter 8192 Pokemon in order to get a shiny. You can perform the "Masuda" method, which includes two Pokemon from different countries in the Day-Care together and the offspring is likely to be a Shiny Pokemon. It is still rare with a chance of 1/1638, but it is better than trying to search through the tall grass, on water, or in caves for a Shiny.
