if you want mean look, the best thing to do is get a haunter or golbat, and hope it has mean look. also, theres a guy in pastoria city( go to the health centre, go down, past the ninja, go right hes in the house beside the lake) give him a heart scale( from spelunking) and he'll teach it mean look. sneazle cant use it sorry

∙ 12y agomean look isn't a TM. some of the only Pokemon who learn it are Umbrion, misteavus, and spiritomb. just ask me if you don't know how or where to get them. ok? ^^

∙ 15y agoNo, there unfortunately is not one. You can however catch a bronzong or golbat who can learn it Mean Look, and then you can use it with them.
