To get to island 9 (Birth Island) you need to get the aurora ticket

To get those 2 tickets, you need the mystery gift option which can be accesed by flying to any pokemart and answering the questionarre behind the man in the counter. The aswers are (Link Together with All) then the guy will have a chat with you then save your game and reset the game. then below new game is mystery gift pick it then pick wonder gift or wonder news....... maybe........ then talk to every one including trainers, Elite four, just talk to every person in the Kanto region and if they say something different, try solving it. i don't know waht to do for mystic ticket. but in aurora ticket. beat the elite four 200 times and beat all trainers 13 times except your rival........ then go to all pokecenters and go upstairs or don't. if you see a man with a green hat. talk to it. and he will ask you questions. if he sais (You are a great trainer you deserve this) then you receive the aurora ticket now go to vermillion he will be shocked that you have the two tickets and you can now go to navel rock and birth island

Island 8 navel rock contains Lugia on the right side and Ho-oh on the left side....... and in island 9 birth island contains deoxys attack form in fire red defense form in leaf green and speed form in emerald

After obtaining the National Dex, go to Hearthome City and talk to the hiker dude who says he is friends with Professor Elm from the Johto region and he will say: What? It's HO-OH and LUGIA...what is causing all this, why are they here, does it have to do with their towers burning down like LUGIA's tower did, but after that it fled to the Whirl Islands and HO-OH went on a journey but now LUGIA is on a jouney as well and now they are both in the Sinnoh region.
