No, there is no frog repellant if you don't count very toxic or reactive substances that are seriously bad for you and most other living things as well (such as bleach). If you want to stop frogs climbing on glass, a thin coating of olive oil makes it too slippery for them to climb. Frogs like moist, dark areas, so if you want to discourage frogs, try to create as few of these spaces as possible. Provide somewhere else for them to live if at all practical, such as the back of the garden where they don't matter. There was an answer here talking of sprinkling salt on frogs backs, which I removed. NEVER put salt, dettol or anything else on a frog to kill it. These are extremely cruel, painful ways to kill a frog. They are illegal, and if you are caught you can go to jail in some countries. If you must kill a frog, put it in a plastic container in the fridge overnight. The next day, transfer it to the freezer. A cold-blooded animal such as a frog will just go to sleep in the fridge, and will not wake up once it has been frozen solid.
