No. As long as you summoned them properly first, you can keep reviving them from the graveyard as long as you've got a card that can do it.

Chaos Sorcerer has no practical advantages over the Envoy of the Beginning. The card's value was that it was easily summoned and had a great effect, not as strong as the Envoy but strong enough to be worth including in deck.
chaos is using the best light and dark monsters and making a deck (include Black luster soldier-envoy of the beginning and chaos sorcerer) and twilight is a lightsworn build that uses some dark support like chaos sorcerer, necro dardna, tragodia, gorz, and DAD
A chaos deck is a deck that runs mainly light and darkness monsters where the light monsters are not lightsworn monsters. The focus of this deck is summon the chaos monsters(Black Luster Soldier-Envoy of the Beginning, Chaos Emperor Dragon-Envoy of the End, Chaos Sorcerer, and Dark magician of Chaos) while preparing to summon the chaos monsters this type of deck is also removing from play the opponent's monsters from play. Chaos Sorcerer is currently a Limited card on the Limited and Forbidden Card List because of its ability to banish 1 face-up monster on the field. This effect is very similar to the Black Luster Soldier - Envoy Of The Beginning card which is also currently a Limited card on the advanced format. Meanwhile, the Witch of the Black Forest card remains to be forbidden (banned) from being used in the advanced format because it is a strong 'recruiter' monster. The player using the effect of this card can add any monster with 1500 or less DEF to their hand from their deck. The card has been used in dominating strategies which is why it is banned but Chaos Sorcerer hasn't been used in them kind of strategies for a while which makes it Limited for the time being.
The 'Envoy' cards are current banned. Chaos decks, which use the Envoys, can only really be beaten by other Chaos Decks, or something that can easily pull off an FTK(First Turn Kill)
its effect is just too strong
If im correct its Black Luster Soldier- Envoy of the beginning. Its really rare but forbiden in tournaments sadly. Anyways its a great card and can be found in the Invasion of Chaos booster packs.
There's no 'Envoy of the Apocalypse', but there is a Chaos Emperor Dragon - Envoy of the End. It can only be special summoned by removing a Light and a Dark monster from your graveyard from play. You can pay 1000 lifepoints to send all cards in hand and field to the graveyard, and deal 300 damage to the opponent for each. It is a Lv8 Dragon/Effect monster, DARK, 3000 ATK, 2500 DEF.
None, Black Luster Soldier was a card featured in the Yugi Revolution Starter Deck years ago. You can find it on many online market sites (ebay, amazon etc.) If you mean Black Luster Soldier - Envoy of the Beginning, that was featured in Invasion of Chaos originally and can now be found in the Gold Series 4 packs, and also the Legendary Collection 2 (However BLS - Envoy of the Beginning is Forbidden in Traditional Format).
If you Have BLS( Black Luster Soldier- Envoy of the Beginning in your hand, then you can banish(Previously known as 'Remove From Play') a LIGHT and DARK attributed monster from your graveyard to Summon BLS from your hand to your side of the field, if that is what you mean.
If the summoning conditions it can be Monster Reborned from the Grave Yard.
