Yes. The nature of the contest is known only to the Board of Directors of the Walt Disney Company.
But being a former executive in Walt Disney Parks and Resorts, I know this is a meticulously-planned media event -- commencing January 1st 2055 and culminating on Christmas Day 2055. The contest will be open ONLY to the individual members of Club 33. The prize is indeed the Disneyland Park property.
In my tenure I attended 3 meetings in which the economic and public relations ramifications were discussed. (section 2501 of the Internal Revenue Code ; the attending public, shareholders, Orange County, etc.)
