Is there an Action Replay code to find a shiny Raikou for HGSS that is not the GameStop event one?

I actually managed to find my own answer to this question. I wasn't able to find a single code, but I did find a combination of codes to produce the same result.

With the modifier, hold L+R to receive 493 Master Balls. Then throw away enough of them until you're holding the same amount as the National Dex number of the Pokemon you want (ie, have 243 to encounter Raikou). Then just hold down L and find a wild Pokemon.
The combination of those two codes will produce a shiny version of any Pokemon you want!
(Note: This is NOT the event Raikou -- it won't have a guaranteed Rash nature or the moves Zap Cannon, Aura Sphere, ExtremeSpeed, or Weather Ball.)

There was an Event about a year and a half ago that gave you all three LEGIT Shiny Ledgendary dogs/beasts/cats(whatever you call them). Other than that, you can use an Action Replay.

You could have gotten an event deoxys in Gamestop when Pokemon Diamond and Pearl came out, but it is over and there is no way you can get a deoxys unless you trade or use an Action Replay. Sorry.
When to get azure flute?
A Nintendo event (one in America might be happening late this year or early next year) or action replay is also a good choice. Arceus is lvl 80 beware really strong, anyway i recommend action replay works better and faster for only $20 at gamestop

You cannot anymore. There was a Celebi Event Give Away at Gamestop a year ago. But you can use the Action Replay.
