Most likely, there is going to be one. But if the producers decide to end it all in one episode, then we won't get one. Of course, you can't deny that many animes have been afflicted by similar questions to yours, but... You can always hope for the best. I personally think that there will be a second season. And, don't hesitate to start thinking about a third... Oh! Episode 13 is in 4 hours!
EDIT:Sorry about the massive confusion I caused... Episode 13 was a mistake. It was an error that occured on one of the anime sites. But I can assure you that the will still most likely be a second season.
