Is there going to be another Pokemon region?

The region after Sinnoh is now called Unova (or Isshu イッシュ in Japanese). Unova is in the games called Pokemon Black, Pokemon White, Pokemon Black 2, and Pokemon White 2 as well as possibly other side Pokemon games. Unova introduced 155 more Pokemon as the fifth Generation.

They make a new one every 2 to 6 years but the next game coming out is Heart Gold and Soul Silver, but they are a re-make of the old Gold, Silver and Crystle versions for games-boy Colour/Color. The new versions will be for DS.

The Isshu region starters will be called Tsutarja the grass type, Pokabu the fire type, and Mijimaru the water type. The names sound stupid right now because we don't currently know what the US names are going to be.

Actually, we do. the Isshu region will be the Unova region, Tstarja will be Snivy, Pokabu will be Tepig, and Mijimaru will be Oshawott. they still sound weird, though.

I've heard that you beat the sinnoh league 47 times. I've also heard that you have to get the oaks letter from an Event.

yes sadly but yes because Pokemon Black and White is like platinum u only play in one region and after u beat black and white u have to wait tell the new region
