No they do not - BUT - in the elderly fluid can build up in the scrotum. My father-in-law had such a condition. His scrotum was at least the size of a small cantelope. Huge. The Urologist suggested that he could drain it but the fluid would come back in time and as long as my father-in-law was not bothered by it (he was 77 at the time) it was not harmfull and just as well to leave it alone. We did.
