Moltres cannot evolve or does not evolve from any Pokemon. You can catch it in Pokemon SS or HG. Hope this helps!

The new fossil found in Pokemon HG-SS is called Barney, it cannot evoule but has alot of attack points to start out with.
It depends if you like the original Pokemon or the all-new Pokemon but ss and hg have more Pokemon but b/w only have 152 Pokemon, i am glad to help
