well its been a few years since the last episode came out and i think the manga is done too, so the chances are low. but you never know how they think.
I personally would love to see a season 2, but as time pass my faith wanes aswell.

I looked at anime forums saying it will come out around august....not sure but that's what a bunch of them are saying don't give your hopes up because this anime is very popular and they and they want money so they will most likely make it :DThere might be a second season in April 2011 but no one knows for sure.yes. Why is it that kaichou wa maid Sama season 2 will not be animated?
From what I heard, the producers messed up the anime where it does not follow the original manga (comic book). The anime probably will not go on, but the manga will. This is really sad to hear since there are so many fans.

When is kaichou wa maid-Sama chapter 54 coming out?
Probably in late September, I don't think there is a set date yet though, however it is usually comes out around the end of the month usually on a Tuesday or Wednesday. This can depend though sometimes it is later and it usually takes 1-2 weeks to translate.
