Not quite yet, there's a certain level of AI you can reach with some programming knowledge and voice recognition software though. It's very impractical unfortunately, it would require a lot of microphones and custom code...

Iron is magnetic, so using a magnet with show if something is made of iron. Iron also rust like steel(which is part iron) so that can be an easy indicator of if it might be an iron alloy.
