no get rid of dragonite or tyranitar and cache a jraghe
Actually it is.Exept for the dragonite.You should get a galade it will help you in tuff situations.I would know.I have 1

Get rid of Dragonite and teach ur Charizard Dragon Claw instead if you want a dragon. you really need an electric type Pokemon becoz its probably the best (only weak against one type/Super effective to 2 types) so try to get Magnezone(for its super defense) or Electivire(It's just awesome) i would NOT suggest Zapdos coz its weak to electric.
Swap Gengar with Giratina or something because its stats suck and swap Absol with a Honchkrow or something.

Lugia, Charizard, Snorlax, Tyranitar, Dragonite, and Steelix. Well, in my opinion to you. Lugia and Charizard can dodge strong Ground type attacks. Steelix can cut down the damage of most attacks from the defending Pokemon. Dragonite has good defense so does Snorlax. It is hard for opponents to defeat Snorlax. Tyranitar has high attack, really high attack. Tyranitar has strong Ground attacks. I hope this helps! And yes, these Pokemon are from Pokemon Crystal.
