If your at the bug type gym, Cyndaquil is really good to use, however, use different Pokemon like Ivysaur and onix. It will be a great team to use, but make sure that all your pokemon is above level 13. Choose your pokemon wisely, because scyther is powerful so make sure that Cyndaquil levels up at about 16 which it will probably evolve. Don't use Ivysaur way too much because it's probably weak against bug. Onix is ok for the battle. So yes, this is a great team.
