heck yes if you consider strong as aura sphereing your way through everything man yes more powerful in platinum considering you can get one in that game too i enjoy platinum he can learn aura sphere only non legendaries that can learn it is lucario and togekiss, sky attack very rare move ho-oh and lugia learn it,air slash good move in itself and extreme speed fastest move in game!!! so hope that is a good answer and helps you ok cool i would know i got one if you want him or her with those moves take it to the move totur ko cya and hop to answer more questions ;)
