After battling all five, the Kimono Girls will give you the Clear Bell (the second item needed to summon Ho-Oh, the other is the Rainbow Wing, which you should have already). Then, the building will shake and the Kimono Girl's little sister will tell them to go to the Bell Tower. The Kimono Girls will leave. Go to the Bell Tower, make your way to the top (its easy once you figure it out), and you will see the five Kimono Girls there. They will use your Rainbow Wing and Clear Bell to summon Ho-Oh, and you will have the opportunity to battle it. I recommend saving the Master Ball Professor Elm gives you when you talk to him (forgot to mention that) for catching Ho-Oh, which is pretty much the reason he gives it to you.
