All i can say is to fight wild Pokemon in victory road and heal at the elite four center. Also if their really low, look for trainers in past routes that you may have skipped. If you took the cycling road shortcut, fight people on route 12. Trainers give more xp than wild Pokemon. IF you have alot of money, buy vitamins and load up ur pokemanzz
