On Pokemon emerald Wallace has left to find Rayquaza and I can't get my last badge and the gym is blocked by Maxie and Archie what do I do?

If I remember correctly then you need to go to the sky pillar and meet Wallace at the entrance. Wallace goes away and then you need to go in. To get to the top you need the Mach bike. When you meet Rayquaza he flies off and you dig out. Fly to Sootopolis City. You meet Wallace again and he talks to you. When all the drama is finished something else happens. You can now (I hope) go into the last Gym.
Note: You need to step on all of the ice-pads to go to the next level.
Also, note: When you next see Wallace you fight him, he is the champion!!! ALSO: if you dont know where the sky pillar is just go to Pacifilodge town and go left into an opening of rocks that sort of make a smiley face then go up right and there you are THE SKY PILLAR!!
TOSHIRO117: oh yes i know where to find him if you surf or fly down to pacifilog town and go back on the water and follow it by the rocks at the top you will find a opening and surf in and it should be there
