Go to Canalave City, and go to the sailor at the southwest part of the city. Talk to him and he'll say "Ahoy, wanna set sail?" Choose Iron Island. On Iron Island find Riley. When you get to the end and have finished killing the grunts and paled them, have a space in your party and he will give you the egg which hatches into Riolu.

There is An egg which is given to you by a collector man just outside of Hearthome city, it is a Happiny egg (Which evolves into Chansey, then Blissey). Then Riley gives you and egg when you help him out on Iron Island (You can get a boat there from Canalave city, you talk to the sailor by the 'port' and he will take you there).
