Shoyrus can be trained just like any other Neopet. I suggest starting out at the training school on Mystery Island. Go to the "Courses" page, and scroll down. There's a dropdown list that says "Select a Course." Click that, and select Level.
Now go to the dropdown list below that, and select the neopet you wish to train in Level. Hit "Start Course."
But now you will need to go to the "Status" page, scroll until you find the neopet you just had a course started for, and look to the right of it. It will say what type of codestone you need to pay with. Once you have that, go back to the Status page, and hit "Click here to pay."
