Rondell Law (with two L's at the end of the first part) is acting like always, lost. He asks Miguel what's going on but Miguel doesn't reply. After seeing exactly what's going on though, Rondell realizes exactly what's happening. Miguel, on the other hand, sees Mong run out to the water, and although he calls out his name various times, he knows this is what Mong wants. He knows Mong can't handle it anymore, everything that he's been through, which is why he does nothing about it. Miguel and Rondell just simply watch Mong, as he drowns himself.
