He should let you go to Fullmoon island. go into the forest and Cresselia should be there, talk to it and it should fly away, now find it on the marking map and follow it like you do with Mespirit. Walk around in the tall grass where it shows where Cresselia is, after you catch it, go to Canalave city and go to the inn that is at the north east side of Canalave city. You will be in fullmoon island again, go in the forest and catch darkrai.
