To get to 4, 5, 6 and 7 island, you need to catch or own at least 60 Pokemon after beating the Elite Four. You the go to Proffesor Oak and he'll give you the national Pokedex and the you talk to Celio (Bill's friend on 1 island) and go to Mount Ember (also on 1 island). Go almost half way the go to the right and up there will be to Team Rocket thugs, battle them, go inside the cave and go all the way to the back of the cave then get the gem and talk to Celio he'll give you a rainbow pass and you will be able to get to 4, 5, 6, and 7 island.
