Spiritoom is on route 209 by solaceon town. He is in the little tower thing just south of town. You need to have an oddkeystone and put it in the small tower. Then you have to go underground and talk to 32 people and spiritoom will appear after talking to the tower again. But, talking to merchants doesnt count and you can'ttalk to a friend 32 times without going up and then back down into the underground each time. If you want a certain gender then save before the battle. That way you can turn it off and try again if its not the gender you want. You can do this process as many times as you want!
