All Pokemon evolve at the same level in Pokemon Mystery Dungeon as in the other games. As such, Treecko is able to evolve at level 16 in Mystery Dungeon. However, evolution is only unlocked when you get far enough in the story.
you have to be a quiet nature
It dependes what level you are when you defeat Darkrai.
Pikachu (sucks), Charmander, Squirtle, Bulbasaur, Cyndaquil, Totodile, Chikorita, Torchic, Mudkip, Treecko, Cubone, Meowth, Machoke, Evee and Skitty. It needs to be level 16. If the Pokemon you are trying to evolve is either you or your partner, you will need to be level 16, beat the main storyline (by defeating Primal Dialga) and the post-game storyline (by defeating Darkrai), and recruit both Dialga and Palkia.
