Pokemon shiny gold after i got off the s.s aqua i went back to new bark town and than went on the s.s aqua again but this time im stuck iv battled everyone and beat them but i cant leave the ship help?

try going to your cabin(room) and sleep in you bed once. a bell should ding along with the announcement that you've made Port and you can leave. (though im assuming your talking about the SS. Anne in Pokemon Gold? if not then please clarify what game cartrige)
