I belive you can after you beat the game, he joins you.
I killed it with childish and turtwig on dungeons of darkness
I'm pretty sure that if you run from Groudon then you don't get to catch it, it's the same as KOing it.
You can't get it again without trading or starting again. To stop this, save before facing it.
legendary water Pokemon after you kill them they never come back.......and regular water Pokemon is always there nomatter if you killed them....but they have to have at least 1hp left to catch any Pokemon.
This depends on which Pokemon you speak of. If you killed Groudon, one of the regis or Rayquasa, then you can't get them. If it was Latios or Latias that "fled" from a battle you can be sure you will run into them again sometime in the future.
If you have cheats on(commands, such as /gamemode 1) you can type in /summon EnderDragon and boom. Without cheats... too bad.
You restart the game.

There is cheats in WoW but if Blizzard tells anyone them they will be killed. FYI: I got the info from blizzard eymployee
Most Pokemon die...sadly to say. I killed Groudon once because I didn't save before encountering him. But you probably are gonna want to save before battling him. That way you can turn off and turn back on a try a 2nd time
