In one of the older Scooby Doo's, she was ill and unable to assist in a mystery. due to a series of coincidences (chiefly that the vampire lady was a red head in purple) Daphne was a suspect once. He's been hypnotized by another goon in a vampire get-up, I think, and has been the Bride interest/bait a few times but never actually a vampire. The pilot episode of "13 Ghosts of Scooby-Doo" turned her briefly into a werewolf, and one of the recent DVD moves briefly made her a witch, Freddie a vampire, and Velma a werewolf.
