first you have to dig underground and find an ODD KEY then go to route 209 and there will be this weird little tower thing i think its called the crumbled tower but its like a volcano kinda thing and u put the odd key in there and then i think u wait like a day and then you go back and spiritomb should appear

It is level 25 so I would suggest using a strong Pokemon (lv.50) With the move false swipe (TM54).
