The thing is, she sleeps with this girl who fells in love with her (and happens to be the narrator) despite a french guy called Maurice, who is/was her guy until he went to some other exotic country. They spend time tigother (the two girls) bes, bed, bed, and suddenly he comes back. Ho desperately wants Charlotte back and can't believe his eyes. Finally, he speaks with the girl with no bangs (the narrator) and she resigns her love for the little bitch. The little bitch has a haircut and stays bold and then marries Maurice. That's it.
