Elizabeth I (1533 - 1603) was the third living child of Henry VIII (1491 - 1547), and her mother was Anne Boleyn (c1501-07 - 1536). Elizabeth had an older sister, Mary, a younger brother, Edward, and an older, illegitimate brother Henry. As follows:

Mary I (1516 - 1558) by Catherine of Aragon

Edward VI (1537 - 1553) by Jane Seymour

she also had an acknowledged illegitimate half-brother:

Henry Fitzroy (1519 - 1536) Duke of Richmond (by Henry's mistress Elizabeth Blount)

there are possibly other illegitimate brothers and sisters, particularly by Mary Boleyn, another of Henry's mistresses, but they have never been confirmed or acknowledged.

Queen Elizabeth I Elizabeth I was the daughter of King Henry VIII and his second wife, Anne Boleyn. When Henry VIII died in January 1547, the throne was inherited by Elizabeth's half brother, Edward, who became King Edward VI. Edward was the son of Henry VIII and his third wife, Jane Seymour. Although he was the youngest of Henry VIII's three legitimate children, Edward took precedence because he was male. Edward VI died on 6th July 1553. Mary was the daughter of King Henry VIII and his first wife, Catherine of Aragon and she reigned as Queen Mary I until her death on 17th November 1558. On Queen Mary's death Henry VIII's remaining child became Queen Elizabeth I and she reigned until her death on 24th March 1603.
