It's definitely a better of an opinion and I find Percy Jackson one of my favourite books, however, I feel that you should have an open mind when reading Percy Jackson and not think everything is lame and just treat it as a story and not for real [the author, Rick, said it wasn't real] and just appreciate the fantastic plot.

the Percy Jackson series is most definitely the BEST BOOK SERIES EVER!!!! if you have not read it read it if you are reading it an d you think nothing good is going to happen keep reading it gets better it is an intriguing fantasy about hero's and Villon's it is cool and has interesting facts about the Greek gods and other hero's it is a tale of heroics love and battle that will keep you on the edge of your seat there are parts where you just don't know what will happen next it is a true adventure novel filled with Witty remarks good writing and is vary well put together you will love it. take it from the biggest book dweeb ever this book rox!

∙ 7y agoPercy Jackson is much different than the Harry Potter or Twilight series. It is for a younger age group, and it is a much lighter story line. There is more humor, and it is not so emotional. It is a very good series, but not that comparable to the other two.
