-p.s. if you have sailors and the ancient fish and did this thing where three doors open obviously they are all the Regis( regice, regirock, register) if you go down all the way down the sand dunes there should be six rocks in a circle and one in the middle go in it regirock will be waiting hoped this helped and if you haven't caught regirock buy a lot of ultra balls it took me awhile to catch him-
