Were do you get a poliwag from on Pokemon Diamond?

To get a Poliwag in Pokemon FireRed Version you have to go to Icefall Cave in Four Island and when you're inside you have to use the waterfall move to get up the big waterfall and when you're on the top you use a Super Rod to fish and then a Poliwag or Poliwhirl will appear.

Poliwag can be found in Diamond at routes 225, 227 and 228. You need to surf at routes 227 and 228 to encounter it and you need to fish with a Good Rod at route 225. At route 225 it will be between levels 10-25; at routes 227 and 228 between 20-30.
