Were do you get the hm strength in Pokemon Fire Red?

First you have to find the Warden's gold teeth in the Safari Zone, then you have to take them to him. He lives in the south part of Fuchsia City, then he'll give you HM strength.
Go to Fuscha City and go in to Safari Zone and walk west but not direct you have to find the way and you should find the Goold Teeth somewhere. And after that go out from Safari Zone and in one of the house in Fuscha City it is a guy who whats his teeth give it to him and he will give you strenght. :) Also for more help on getting the teeth you will need to have surf...and go north when first in safari zone then use it in the water then go east and get out of the water. after that you will enter another path go up the rocks and then east. then go back down and around to some more water go through it...(if you want go in the house and get a prize if you havent already)then just go east and you will see the pokeball that has the teeth inside it!!!
You get the Golden Teeth found in the Safari Zone and give it too a man in his house in Fushia City, and go to the Pokemon Center, and go to the right and look in the houses, and one of them will be the man, and for thanking you he will give you Strength.

Once you get to fuschia city go north and go into the safari zone in there find your way to the secret house in Area 3 nearby is an item it is gold teeth give these to the warden which is house is to the right of the Pokemon center and he will give you the HM Strength.
You have to go in to the Safari Zone and get the gold teeth or whatever they are called. While you are in the Safari Zone you might as well go to the secret house in the end and get surf, then exit the Safari Zone. Then you have to talk to the Warden in Fushia City (his house is to the right of the Pokemon center) and he will give you strength.

To find Cut, you go to Vermillion City, and go to the dock. The S.S. Anne will be there. Go aboard and travel through the rooms. Battling all of the trainers is not necessary, but it is great for leveling up your Pokemon, and their are some cool items on the ship. (Make sure to check in any trash cans in the hallways for a super potion and other cool stuff.) Whether you battle the trainers or not, make sure your Pokemon are leveled up pretty well, because to get Cut, you have to battle your Rival. After you defeat him, you can go through to the captain's quarters and talk to the captain. He'll be sick as a dog, so you'll offer to give him a back rub to make him better. In return, he'll give you cut. (You can now use it to get into the gym in Vermillion City.) If you are planning to defeat the rest of the trainers, now would be the time to do it, because as soon as you leave the ship, the Captain takes off. No worries though; in the first room of the ship, there is a woman standing next to a bed who will heal your Pokemon.

To get Fly, you have to make it to Celadon City. When you get their, keep going left and leave the city. There will be a Snorlax blocking your way to the cycling road. Instead of trying to wake him up (which you'll do later) there will be a tree that can be cut down when you first leave the city. If you cut it, you can go behind the entrance to the cycling road. There is a tag team of trainers that you will have to battle, but at the very end of that road, there is a house. In the house, there is a girl who will give you Fly.

To get Surf, you have to go to the safari zone in Fushia City (it cost $500). When you enter the safari zone, turn right and follow the road into the next section of the safari. Continue to go right until you see a set of stairs. Go up those stairs and turn left, and go down the next staircase. Turn left, and the go up. You'll see another staircase, which you'll need to go up. Turn right, up, and then left, and continue left until you reach the next section of the Safari. In that section, you go left, and skip the first set of stairs. Go up the second set and turn left, and then go down the next staircase. Go to the right of the lake and head up, and continue doing that until you can't go any farther. Turn right, then go up again. Then go left until you see the lakes again. Now stay on the left of them and head down as far as you can until you go through to the next area. If you go down, there should be an item (a set of false teeth) that you'll need later. Pick them up. Then go back up and left, and there will be a house with sliding doors. You've found the secret house! Your reward- Surf!

Remember the teeth you picked up earlier? They're your key to Strength! Give them to the Safari Warden (who lives in Fushia City) and he'll reward you with Strength!

To get Flash, go to Viridian City. Go up and into Route 2. On the side of the road, there should be a tree for you to cut down. Do so and go up, and into a small building. In that building will be one of Professor Oak's Aides. If you have caught the right amount of Pokemon (I think it's 15), he will give you Flash.

I'm sorry, but this article is incomplete. I cannot for the life of me remember how to get Waterfall or Rock Smash. I would be happy to accept the completion of this answer!

In the safari zone are Warden's gold teeth (look on YouTube where you can find them) then give them to Warden(he's in the same city as the safari zone, in a house somewhere), he'll thank you and give you the golden teeth. There's a rock in in his house you can move with strength after you thaught it to one of your pokemon. Behind the rock is a rare candy. Good luck!
